Getting Started
- Download Boss Man Jobs from the App Store and create your account. One download covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac (Apple silicon).
- Set up your business profile, then add your first job right from the Jobs tab.
- Everything else lives in seven hubs behind the Menu button — Work, Money, People, Time, Field tools, Assistant, and Settings — and you can customize which tabs sit on your bottom bar.
- From there you can track time, build estimates and change orders, send invoices, schedule projects, manage work orders, and run your whole crew — on your phone, iPad, or Mac.
Subscriptions & Billing
Boss Man Jobs is free to download. Every new business account starts a 30-day free trial of every Pro feature — no payment method and no purchase needed. When the trial ends, the account owner picks a plan: Standard ($29/mo or $290/yr), Pro ($59/mo or $590/yr), or Enterprise ($249/mo). Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account.
- Nothing is charged automatically at the end of the trial. The trial simply ends, and the app asks the owner to choose a plan (or sign in with a crew invite code) to keep going.
- Crew members never pay. Team members who join with your invite code are never asked to subscribe.
- Manage or cancel a paid plan anytime: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Select Boss Man Jobs to change your plan or cancel. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Restore a purchase on a new device from the plan screen in the app (Restore Purchases).

Account & Login
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the email you signed up with and check your internet connection.
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
- Joining a crew? Ask your boss for the team invite code from their app, then choose "Join a team" on the sign-in screen. If the code is rejected, ask them to send a fresh one — codes are tied to their account.
- Still locked out? Email us and we'll help you recover your account.
Crew on Android or Other Phones
The app is for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, but every employee also gets the free web Team Portal: schedules, work orders, the time clock, and team chat in any browser. Your boss sends a link that looks like bossmanjobs.com/t/… — open it and add it to your home screen. Clients get a similar bossmanjobs.com/c/… link for invoices, documents, and messages. Lost your link? Ask the person who sent it to share it again from the app.
Your Data
- Export your data as PDF or CSV from the screens that hold it — for example Menu > Money > Boss Bank for financial reports and Menu > Money > Tax center for tax exports.
- Delete your account and all its data from Menu > Settings > Settings > Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from the device and returns the app to sign-up. You can also email us to request deletion of any server-side data.
