Getting Started
- Download Boss Man Jobs from the App Store and create your account.
- Set up your business profile, then add your first job right from the Jobs tab.
- Everything else lives in seven hubs behind the Menu button — Work, Money, People, Time, Field tools, Assistant, and Settings — and you can customize which tabs sit on your bottom bar.
- From there you can track time, build estimates and change orders, send invoices, schedule projects, manage work orders, and run your whole crew — on your phone, iPad, or Mac.
Subscriptions & Billing
Boss Man Jobs offers Standard, Pro, and Enterprise plans with monthly and annual options and a free trial. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account.
- Manage or cancel anytime: on your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Select Boss Man Jobs to change your plan or cancel.
- Free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Account & Login
- Can't sign in? Make sure you're using the email you signed up with and check your internet connection.
- Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen to reset it by email.
- Still locked out? Email us and we'll help you recover your account.
Your Data
- Export your data as PDF or CSV from the screens that hold it — for example Menu > Money > Boss Bank for financial reports and Menu > Money > Tax center for tax exports.
- Delete your account and all its data from Menu > Settings > Settings > Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data from the device and returns the app to sign-up. You can also email us to request deletion of any server-side data.
